Return & Refund Policy

Taking into account that unwanted goods are returned unused, unopened and are in a state suitable for subsequent resale within 14 days of the original delivery. We will exchange your purchase and pay the return delivery costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the delivery costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a “Return Authorization”. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for a return.

KS Skin Concepts cc will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as salons or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Should you require this facility please ask for a quote.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
